Kris Fox was my sales guy and was FANTASTIC!!! I hope he's still selling RAVs when I want a new one!!! From ordering the RAV, to keeping me informed on the status of that order, to finalizing the sale today, the process was seamless! We had a lot of great chats during the ordering process, today while waiting on my trade-in value, and getting the sale finalized. Being able to chat about a lot of things other than the RAV was easy and enjoyable. Time flew by! Kris is very knowledgeable, personable, and down to earth. His co-worker, Mike Rosett in finance, was fantastic as well! He explained add-ons very well and I have to give him kudos for helping me understand all the things! My 2 RAVS from RLT in Golden Valley were serviced there as well. I can't say enough about this business and the people who work in all of the departments! We went through the Costco Auto Program and had a wonderful experience at Rudy Luther Toyota. Aaron provided us with wonderful service and was able to find us the exact car we were looking for at a great price. We did have to wait a few months, but that's the same for anyone trying to get a new Sienna, and it was well worth it. He kept us updated throughout the process and we couldn't be happier. We have always avoided dealerships because we were scared about the high-pressure sales environment, but everyone we met was very friendly and we never felt pushed to buy something we didn't need. This was our first time buying a new car, and we won't hesitate to come back again!

Eric was great. Communicated clearly. Work was done in timely manor.

In all honesty, I was a little nervous about purchasing a new vehicle from a dealer but we had a great experience buying from Rudy Luther Toyota. No sales pressure just a great vehicle. Thanks Tom and Frankie!

Always courteous and professional staff. Shout out to Cameron and Tony. While you are in the lounge waiting, they send you a narrated, walk-around video of your vehicle to show you how things look under the hood, etc. They also remain communicative by text so you’re not left wondering where in the process they are. I have also used the shuttle service for longer appointments, and that’s a nice option as well.

Cameron Arko was courteous and professional and made my visit to Luther Toyota a pleasant experience.

Cameron was very helpful and gave personal tips which I really appreciated! Had a great experience with my oil change/tire rotation and replacement of a couple things.

Kris Fox was so genuine and helpful! It didn’t feel like dealing with a sales person. It’s so refreshing to talk to someone who can just be themselves and not feel like it’s a forced personality. Out of all of the dealerships we had gone to which included other Toyota and Honda specific dealerships he was the first one to actually print us out and show us not only the Carfax but also the vehicles, Maintenance history and what they specifically did to the vehicle. It’s great to see that this dealership doesn’t just put money into creating a nice environment, but they actually put it into the cars that they are selling, especially the used cars. I had looked at several other used cars before coming here and I was so thoroughly disappointed at how terrible the condition was for some of them. I saw so much stained interior, dirt and debris left inside of vehicles as well as some larger damage like cracked tail lights and larger spots of rust. The oldest used car we had looked at was only a 2017 so it was crazy to see these big name dealerships letting people drive vehicles that had no care put into them and didn’t even bother to give us service records. Talking with Kris was a breath of fresh air and I felt a bit negative going into the test drive since I had already driven several cars and knew what I liked and he was the first two fairly go through the service records to ensure it is a sound vehicle, which made us feel a lot better about the pricing and we were able to negotiate to a number that we all liked.

Although my situation and current selection led to me not purchasing a car here, I've gotta write a positive recommendation for the sales associate and his manager so that other car buyers can make a good decision. The 2 Toyota Luther employees I met were Trinh and Heidi. They clearly had a good working relationship. Trinh sought to meet the needs of his customer and went through his own checklist/investigation of trying to match the right car with the customer's car needs. Of the 4 salespeople i worked with in the car buying journey, Trinh was the only one who actually sold the car buy adding to my knowledge about the car and letting the car speak for itself.

Brian was great! Car was in and out in about an hour and a half which is a pretty reasonable wait. He was super responsive during the whole process, even throwing in a discount at the end for the lightbulb troubles. 10/10 service from these guys as usual and thank you for seeing me at the end of the day! I’m sorry to be one of those guys. Give em a 10mm socket as a holiday bonus, he earned it.

Bought a car here from the legendary Kris Fox and after a day of going to several dealerships and finding nothing but disappointment Kris was a breath of fresh air. It’s always nice when a salesperson is just themselves and genuine and makes the process more comforting. He was the first salesperson (out of many that day) to actually bring up the car fax and service record and go over how sound the car is, history and all recent repairs as well as updated service records. It’s good to see that a bigger dealership is putting the same effort into the vehicles they sell and not just on fancy waiting areas and coffee machines. Kris made the process seamless and worked with us on price. I’d recommend to ask for him in person if you are looking for a new car.

Tanner was a great help! I had to drop off and go out of town. Tanner sent me the diagnosis and waited patiently for me to respond between meetings and got everything done before I was back in town. I meant for this to be a 5 star review and it got posted as 3. I updated it to 5 to correct that error.

I recently negotiated a new lease on a 2026 Camry with sales person, Aaron Perry. As with all of my dealings at Rudy Luther Toyota, the experience was very positive. Aaron was friendly, helpful and best of all, a good communicator. His assistance in negotiating this new lease was most appreciated!

Second time I bought a vehicle from Rudy LutherToyota. I have purchased at leased 15 new cars. My friends used to tease me that I buy a new one when they get dirty. The real reason is that Toyotas hold their value so well that I trade them early and get a great trade value. This last purchase was for a higher end Tacoma. It was probably the easiest purchase I ever had. It wasn't any back and forth negotiating. They threw an offer out with my trade. I had done my research and threw my number out. We met very close to my number with no more back and forth. It was more like hanging out with a friend and making a deal. Thomas Hoang (Spelling?) was my salesman and I hope to work with him again.

Monica was so amazing if with communication and updates during service 🙂

RL Toyota is the best in business for service. We have been taking both of our Toyotas for service there since 2012. Great customer service, impeccable attention to detail and even though it’s huge and there are tons of customers, somehow they always fit us in for appointment times that are convenient for our schedules.

I’m not one to write reviews, but felt this was necessary for any out there who are nervous when it comes to car repairs, dealerships, or being taken advantage of. I recently had to get my vehicle in for some warranty work at Toyota, and decided to use Luther Toyota in Golden Valley. I was quickly greeted by a service advisor named Erik who assured me that they would take great care of me. Every single step of the way Erik talked me through the process, assured me it was covered under warranty, and told me exactly what they were doing. Never did he make me feel like a burden with my mundane questions, and for that I’m grateful! The great service and communication from Erik is the reason I will go out of my way each time to return to Golden Valley Luther Toyota. I had the pleasure of working with Monica Johnson Rudy this morning when I came in for my 90K mile service.
