My sales experience with Tony was A++. I felt as if we were friends. I had moved to Golden Valley a few years ago and began to use Luther Toyota service department for work on my Highlander. The service department is top notch. The waiting area is excellent. Because of the good experience with the service department it was only natural to buy my next vehicle from the sales team. I was assigned to Tony Z. Who turned out to be a first rate salesman. I appreciate the experience I had and will continue to have with Luther Toyota.

After over 20 years of going to and depending on the exceptional service at Luther Toyota Golden Valley, I thought I had seen their best, I was wrong. Recently, I brought my Tacoma in for service, and I mentioned a few things that were worrisome to me. My experience started out positive when I was shopping for a vehicle. Great communication and follow up. But I am really disappointed with Rudy Luther Toyota after the sale was completed. I changed my mind on the extended warranty 2 days after the sale, and the dealership will not call me back to answer my questions on a refund after leaving several voice messages. Now I need to drive down there. Very disappointing. If you want great service before, during, after the sale, look elsewhere.

Took my car for servicing. Ethan was very professional and kind and my car received top notch servicing. They explain everything to you in detail and it was a plus that I paid for the service with their annual discount offer in place. 👍
Great service, easy in/out, friendly people and fair price
Did a great job. Did all the 120,000 Mi checks Plus found a bad tire and replaced all four tires. Prices seemed reasonable for the work done. I was glad to get everything done at one place. A free rental car was a nice touch also so I didn't have to wait 3 to 5 hours. Only minor complaint was that they didn't latch the hood correctly. I had to pull off the freeway to close it fully.

Auto shop appointments are never on the top 5 list of most fun things to do, but I was truly impressed with how well both I and my vehicle are taken care of at Rudy Luther. My wife and I have been taking both our vehicles here for over 5 years now, and have consistently received top notch service. Monica was incredibly helpful, kind, and communicative throughout my time at the shop today. Plus, the video run through of my vehicle and the work done on it, was such a helpful bonus.

The salesperson was condescending, chauvinist, had very little knowledge about the vehicle, when asked about Kelly Blue book price ranges he didn’t understand how averages are calculated, and he flat out lied & was caught. Very poor representation for this company. Service Department was awesome.
I was really excited about buying my new car here, but unfortunately the experience ended up being pretty disappointing.
During the sale, I specifically asked the salesman whether there was a second key. I never received an answer. When I came back two days later to pick up the car, the employee who helped me told me that a new key would be made for me. Naturally, I took him at his word.
