We came in from out of state and Lucas answered all of our questions over the phone then passed on any needed paper work via email. When we arrived to the dealership within an hour the necessary paper work was completed and we were on our way home. Highly recommend!

Much improved since the last time I visited the Rudy Luther. Mia was pleasant and noted the concerns I had about leaking differential fluid I experienced the last time I have my car serviced. She said the differential fluid level would be checked. She reminded me that sparks plugs would needed to be replaced the next time I had the car in for service and told me what the price would be.

Went in to look at a few cars and a 2009 Hyundai Sonata caught my eye. I went into the office and was immediately greeted by Dan Wolff. Our transmission is having problems at only 22,000 miles on our RAV4. The diagnostic was not able to determine the problem. We had a vacation planned and were very nervous to take our car on a trip without the problem resolved. Rudy Luther gave us a loaner RAV4 for our trip. It was such a relief. The problem is still not fixed as we can’t get it to repeat. But clearly Rudy Luther will work with us on this issue. I’m giving a 2 star to the work done as nothing reach got done except test driving.

The service was great and I had much needed repairs done. But I went to get in my car to go and I noticed that yes it had been washed but there was significant bird xxxx all over my car - on the roof, drivers side window, back trunk, and back passenger window.
