I have had an unpleasant experience alleviated by excellent service. I purchased my ford used from luther toyota in 7/2025 and showed up at the dealership with the ford with a problem in 3/2026. I went to about 5 places to fix tire and drove for hours It' still need to be fixed. I was driving with sway bar but no one offered help. I called and went a 5 different locations but not one helped. After a few hours I got more opinions that "not their job' eventually I was able to take it to German Auto Works and after I explained then they would do their best.

I called to schedule an oil change appointment and got in the next day, which was great! She was kind, prompt and professional when scheduling the appointment. When I arrived I was promptly greeted by Brian who was also kind and professional. Since this was my first time having my Avalon serviced at this location, I had several questions and he answered them patiently. I did not feel rushed. The entire experience was great!

Aaron Perry was so helpful, in person and also messaging. Felt we got an honest deal, and it was also through Costco…which he explained thoroughly when we first did the test drive. The finance person was also amazing he explained what he thought was appropriate for our situation. We got a 2026 Prius hybrid with the upgraded Tech package, granted we have had it for only two days, but it is everything we expected and more. 100% satisfied!
Tanner Johnson in Service was just exceptional customer service—polite, personable and an active listener. I was from out of state and, having had my non-shifting Prius towed there Sat morning, he worked with a mechanic to get my car diagnosed and in working order for a 300 mile drive to Iowa that night - saving me at least two more days in MN and increased stress. She made the entire process absolutely seamless. Monica is the gold standard of customer service. She is incredibly knowledgeable and transparent about what my RAV4 needed.
