Brought my car in for a maintenance check. Cameron explained the procedure to me and within minutes, I was in n my way to the waiting area. Cameron told me I would be here for about one and a half hours. At about 45 minutes, I was notified that my car was ready to go. I really appreciate the service I received.

We pretty quickly realized that this was exactly the truck we were looking for. Daniel got the paperwork going and sent the truck in for detailing. Meanwhile we met with Kevin, the finance guy, who was just amazing with all the paperwork and explaining it all.

Great experience with Service Advisor, Kai McKee. Setting time for service that minimizes travel time and involving others is a priority for me. I was surprised and so pleased to be given a same-day appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and fluid check (free, part of the two-year new-car program). Highly recommend this dealership, the service department has the most knowledgeable and reliable workers. I’m not sure of the service techs name but he helped me tremendously with my 2021 Toyota forerunner. Definitely some of the best folks.

Stopped in for a quick repair at Rudy Luther Toyota and Cameron was my service advisor. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had thanks to Cameron. I was greeted with a friendly smile, explained the issue I was having and Cameron took it from there. It was a quick fix and I was in my way in 30 mins and the communication was great. We had to bring our trunk in to be serviced and were a bit nervous about the service center pricing. However we had amazing help getting all of our necessities out of our vehicle and being escorted to the associate we’d be speaking with. Kevin was also very knowledgeable and so helpful. We truly appreciated him and another employee for helping us navigate the area.

The service advisor, Jason, was great. Told him of my 1,200 mile trip in a couple of weeks. He made sure my 2012 FJ Cruiser was services as needed. He checked the history of maintenance and did not duplicate services. He took time with me and explained what was needed while being transparent. 🙏

We had a scheduled appointment to pick up our brand new vehicle that had arrived two days ago. We asked to complete everything in advance, sign papers, etc so the appointment could be efficient, which created a lot of back and forth with the dealership to complete, including the salesman sending to wrong email addresses multiple times despite clarification.
