Roger helped us through a period of time where we needed a car but we were waiting for our RAV4 Hybrid SUV. He was always willing to help and explain everything as our Hybrid came in a week ago just in time for our road trip!



Of course auto repair is expensive, but other than that, it was a perfect experience. The problem is fixed, they found more problems and fixed them. It was quick, very friendly and I got a free shuttle ride.

Overall, the experience was easy and relatively fast. Sales Rep (Jen Fossey) was very helpful and went out of her way to make the full transaction and purchase go well.

Great service and great personnel. I really like the added car wash. I get each time I bring my car in.

She has helped us in purchasing Toyota Highlander and RAV4 a wonderful experience during this difficult time. We bought our Sienna minivan and RAV4 in the past from this dealership, we are buying hybrids again from this dealership and we have our cars serviced at this dealership all these years. The reason is they are good people and they provide exceptional customer service. A big shout out to Jen and the management.

My experience hasn't always been excellent but my last visit was very good except for the fact the car wash was broken. I did receive a coupon for a free car wash to use at my convenience. When I drove my car into the service center, I was greeted immediately and the transaction for check in was very quick. I went inside to wait and couldn't believe that 30-35 minutes later, I received a message on my phone telling me my car was ready. The estimate for service was exactly what I paid. No suggestions of extra services ...

They always do great work...clear explanations...wait times are most acceptable...pleasant surroundings while waiting.

In addition to doing regular maintenance I was concerned about my collision warning sometimes going off randomly with nothing in sight. Jeremy who checked me in had no suggestions and said it couldn't really be checked. He said it was functioning properly which I knew it wasn't. However, the fellow who talked to me at the end was very helpful. I didn't get his name but he has a hairdo that is bushy on top. He showed me how to turn off and reset the PCS system and how to make it less sensitive if I want ...

Went in for an oil change decided to look at some Camrys David walked out to me and asked the basic what are you looking for. I said nothing really but I’d like this this and this in a car, we talked down payment I’d put down, what extras I’d want/need. He delivered on that! I was not pressured into anything more expensive, and I got everything I wanted! Very easy going understanding and helpful!

Prefer Rudy Luther Toyota for getting all my Toyotas. They care about making sure you get the vehicle you need. Love the shuttle service when it is needed but also have a comfortable lounge for the short waits.

Brought car to deal due to an issue which required analysis/fixing problem before I could drive it further. The service department analyzed the issue and the car was drivable within an hour.
